Orders to mainland England and Wales

All products excluding roof trims and EPDM

• Orders placed by 11-30am are despatched the same day (subject to availability).
• The delivery charge is £12.50 + vat for standard delivery on a 2–3-day basis.
• For next day delivery the charge is £20.00 + vat. (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
• For roof trim deliveries the charge is £25.00 +vat
• For EPDM deliveries please contact us for shipping rates.
• Please note delivery may be made by more than one carrier.
• For delivery costs to Scotland & of shore islands please contact us for rates.
• When you request your order to be left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for the goods.

Returns

You must check your goods within 48-hours of delivery for any transport damage or missing items and report back to us within that period. Failure to inform us of any discrepancies within that period may result in our not being able or willing to provide replacements free of charge.

If you are unhappy with your product/s you may return them to us in the original condition within 14-days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning goods to us shall be at your expense, refunds will be made within 7 days of us receiving them, we will use the original payment method for the refund.

Any goods returned must be in their original condition, we reserve the right to apply a charge for re-stocking damaged items, with any such charge being deducted from any refund.
